Meet Scott Rathman

Scott Rathman was born at Loxton in South Australia’s Riverland region. His families origins are from Central Australia and the Eastern Arrernte people. He is currently based in Semaphore, South Australia. He is an artist whose vibrant murals breathe life into the streets and walls of our communities. With each spray, Scott weaves a tapestry of connection between people and the land they call home.

Drawing inspiration from his rich cultural heritage and deep connection to Country, Scott’s artwork tells new stories of the places we inhabit. Through his Aboriginal art murals, he invites us to see our surroundings with fresh eyes, to pause and reflect on the beauty and significance of the land beneath our feet.
